Presentation of the latest developments of the BiqBin project at the UG Workshop 2019 in Berlin.

At the First International UG Workshop 2019 on parallel algorithms in tree search and mathematical optimization we presented our BiqBin project.

The presentation was given by Timotej Hrga, a PhD student working on this project. He presented the latest developments in the design of the parallel algorithm and showed numerical results for the stable set problem.

Melanie Siebenhofer defended her master's thesis

30. 7. 2018, Angelika Wiegele

Our master student Melanie Siebenhofer at AAU completed her studies.

Melanie Siebenhofer worked as a master's student for the BiqBin project. As part of her work she implemented the C++ version of the stable set code. On July 27, Melanie defended her master's thesis (that she wrote under supervision of Angelika Wiegele and Elisabeth Gaar) and thereby completed her master's studies.
Congratulations!
